• Device Information: We access your device's camera, microphone, and storage to capture and save photos and videos.

• Precise Location Data: We use your device's GPS and network-based location to add location metadata (latitude, longitude, and address) to your media. You can control location access through your device settings.

• Media Files: The photos and videos you capture are stored in your device's local storage (DCIM/Camera).

No Advertising or Analytics: Version 1.0 of this app does not include any third-party advertising SDKs or analytics tracking. We do not collect, store, or share any information about your usage habits or device identifiers for advertising purposes.

3. Permissions Requested

To provide its core features, the app requires the following permissions:

• Camera: Used to capture photos and videos.

• Location (GPS & Network): Used to determine your current coordinates and address to overlay them on your captured media.

• Storage (Media/Photos): Used to save the processed photos and videos directly to your device's gallery (DCIM/Camera folder).

• Microphone: Used to record audio when you are capturing video.

4. Data Processing

• Face Detection: In Attendance modes, we use Google ML Kit for face detection. This processing happens entirely on your device. No biometric data is ever sent to us or any third party.

• Geocoding: We use the Android Geocoder API to convert your GPS coordinates into a readable address. This service is provided by the Android system.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Play Services for location and ML Kit for face detection. These services may collect certain device-level information as per their respective privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences above the age of 13.

7. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our application or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

• Right to Access: You can view all captured photos and videos in your device's gallery (DCIM/Camera).

• Right to Deletion: You can delete any media or data at any time using your device's file manager or gallery app.

• Right to Correction: Since address and coordinates are generated at the time of capture, you can manage the accuracy by ensuring your device location settings are optimized.

• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke camera, location, and storage permissions at any time through your device's application settings.

11. Data Security

Since all media and data remain on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using screen locks and other built-in Android security features.
